I am now a week into the markavis.org project and am starting to see the first positive signs that the project may have legs. I have already had one high-profile person in New Zealand reach out to me and encourage me forwards. The downside is that, as a tide of Wokism is now sweeping New Zealand, he pointed out that the side of classical liberalism is losing. He is right, of course, and this is why it is so important that we promote genuine liberal values, and start to attack the ideology of Wokism.
My launch of markavis.org comes with my first essay, in which I examine the roots of the evilest ideologies of the 20th century.

My objective in the essay is to highlight that Wokism is just another variant of the evil ideologies that were to plague the last century. It is not new, but bad old ideas that are adapted into a new form.

I was also busy with other content, for example, highlighting the problem of the infiltration of critical race theory (CRT) into New Zealand schools. It is very apparent from the examples in other countries how this works - it uses bullying, racism, and humiliation to force kids into ideological compliance. It is truly vile.

In addition to the culture wars, I also took the first jab at some of the economic lunacy of our current economics of printing money to fund government borrowing.

And finally, I also posted on a grave concern that is easy to forget whilst we focus on our internal problems. That is the external threat of China. Here in New Zealand, and especially, if following Australian news, China looms large on the horizon and it is a very large and very dark cloud. As each month goes by, it seems increasingly likely that the clouds foreshadow a storm. The following is the last of three posts that discussed China.
